I have been taking my numerous felines to MAH for what seems like centuries, as had my mother with her dogs! Only the best! All the vets are primo, and the front office staff are a hoot! Compassion, patience, understanding, good listeners, trustworthy…the list is endless! Though I live closer to other vets, I shall continue to bring my gang to MAH because why would I go anywhere else? Plus, I know that they just love it when I walk through that door!

Dr. Winters is a wonderful vet. About 3 years ago my 2 year old cat Marshmallow began breathing very rapidly and was unexpectedly diagnosed with heart failure. I would have spent every penny I had to help her but there was nothing that could be done to save her. She died a month later. It was devastating, but Dr. Winters was extremely thoughtful and gentle with Marshmallow. It made a difference knowing that my very sick kitty was handled and cared for gently and lovingly. She even called almost daily to check on Marshmallow and when the time came to end her suffering, Dr. Winters helped me make the right decision and I received a condolence card in the mail. I will never forget the loving care they gave my precious Marshmallow or the support they gave me. And she treats my current kitty Tessa, who also has special needs, just as wonderfully. I am very confident in Middlebury Animal and I highly recommend Dr. Winters for a vet.

Dr. Winters is so wonderful when our Molly had a accident this summer she was so understanding and comforting and helped us when things did not look so good. proud to say Molly made a full recovery and A big thanks to all the staff that makes us feel at home when we come in.

Many thanks to Dr. Doran for helping my kitty last night (6/20). I called the emergency around 8:45. I was upset so I didn’t get the woman’s name who was on duty, but she helped me feel better that Kiki would be taken care of soon. Dr. Doran called back in less than 10 minutes and met us at MAH by 9:10 pm! He has a calming presence, he talked to Kiki in a soothing manner and made me feel so relieved. She was out of pain by 10 pm.

Very professional and friendly staff. Immaculate inside. They run a tight ship here. It’s a pleasure to visit MAH.

Everyone was super nice! They saw me at my appointment time, which is a biggie for me. I hate waiting. Parking is great. Prices were very reasonable.

Our Dog Shieba had an operation to remove a large tumor on her shoulder. I think the Doctor and staff are excellent and would highly recommend them.

My dog Charlie is no stranger to MAH and our experience with MAH is consistently positive. Everyone is very welcoming and all smiles, the staff go out of their way to make sure your pet is taken care of and the doctors take time to listen to your concert and do not rush you out. Recently, my dog Charlie had a dental cleaning and had 8 teeth pulled and I can’t express enough how well they took care of him, from pre-procedure to discharge. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Doran and it was honestly the best experience I’ve had in regards to my pet’s care.

As a veterinarian myself I wouldn’t let my parents take their animals just anywhere. MAH has always taken great care of my family and our pets throughout the years. And I very much appreciate them taking care of Toby while he’s in my parent’s care including Dr. Sutor coming in on emergency to de-quill him. Thanks for being wonderful and I would highly recommend MAH to anyone in the Middlebury area looking for a veterinarian!

Middlebury Animal Hospital has been my four legged family’s advocate for at least 20 years…more …if you take into consideration that years before that, Tom met me at his office when one of my dachshunds had taken a turn for the worse, while I was visiting my sister.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I trust EVERYONE who is there… Make no mistake… They will never pay you lip service or agree with you just because you believe you are the responsible party because you pay the bill. No way…no how …and I would never expect anything less. I believe their Hippocratic Oath is taken even more seriously…than that of our own physicians ..simply because our “pets” can’t describe what is wrong…they depend on you to depend on your vet. They depend on you to share your experience and knowledge of them, with your vet and then act on your combined knowledge.

MAH has never ever steered me wrong or made me doubt my choice of who is looking out my four footed family members…..Thank you guys!

Our experience with MAH is consistently positive. Our golden doodle has no fear coming to the vet, and every vet and tech we’ve seen has been affectionate toward our dog, confident in care giving, and communicative with us. From hot spots to kennel cough to bee stings in the mouth — plus just regular maintenance care — MAH is an excellent place for our family’s 4 legged kiddo.

On July 5 2016 I had to make a very hard decision for our yellow Labrador Samson it broke my heart I can’t thank Dr. Sutor and the technician and everyone that was there that day for helping me .Middlebury animal hospital took care of Samson his whole life and they did an excellent job. I would always recommend anyone to take their pets here.
